A valid credit card is required at the moment of making the reservation, the security code must be provided to guarantee the reservation. The information must be complete, if any information is missing the reservation will not be respected.
The full charge of your reservation will be made to the credit card.
Reservations do not allow cancellations, nor returns.

Guests from 2 to 12 years old are considered children. Younger aged kids will be considered babies; children won’t have extra beds, they will share the available beds with the adults.

In case the hotel cannot provide the lodging services contracted by the consumer with a reservation from Internet Power, the hotel on its own, will find suitable alternatives to supply the contracted service, which are at least equal or better to the benefits originally contracted.
